Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Clear Choice Frameless Enclosures, LLC ("Company") warrants its shower and tub enclosures to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship.  Any enclosures or enclosure component that proves to be defective under normal use and service will be, at the Company's option, repaired or replaced with a new or improved part. Labor and other installation costs to repair or replace defective enclosures or parts after the first year are excluded from this limited warranty and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Labor will be charged at then going hourly rate after year one elapses.

This limited warranty does not cover defects to merchandise caused by: careless handling, alteration, misuse, scratches or micro bubbles in glass, hydrostatic pressure, uneven walls, improper maintenance, moisture intrusion, use of harsh abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products, and/or discoloration or stains due to improper water chemistry.  In addition, Polished Brass and Gold finishes are NOT warranted against tarnishing.

Except as provided herein, the Company makes no warranties either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever including the condition of the merchandise, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty implied by law and not effectively excluded by this limited warranty is limited to the duration and remedies of this limited warranty. In no event shall the Company be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the merchandise. The above warranty does not include incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind and the Company disclaims any liability for any such damages.  In addition, No warranty service will be performed if original balance is not paid in full.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not assignable nor transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
